Information on the Eurovignette
The Eurovignette can be issued at toll payment points such as petrol stations or border stations as well as directly at DKV Mobility for an individual period of time - from one day to one year.

Short-term vignettes (up to 7 days) can be ordered directly in your DKV Mobility customer cockpit and are valid immediately.

Long-term vignettes (over 7 days) ordered via DKV Mobility are processed from Monday to Friday and are therefore only valid after processing.

Payment with the DKV Card at the points of issue
The electronic Eurovignette can be purchased at the known distribution points (petrol stations) as a daily, weekly, monthly and annual vignette with the DKV Card be settled.

The amount of the toll varies according to emission class, number of axles and period of validity.

DKV Mobility Secure Check is a two-factor authentication for online purchases with the DKV card. The second authentication factor is the DKV Mobility access data, which is also used for the DKV Cockpit login. This makes online shopping even more secure for our customers.

When purchasing a chargeable product online, DKV Card users usually enter their DKV card number and the card's expiry date on the website where they wish to purchase a product. After clicking on the "Continue" button, a pop-up window appears with the DKV Mobility Secure Check. Here the user must enter their DKV Mobility Secure Check login details. Once these have been confirmed, the purchase can be completed.
