After my studies, I wanted to join a company that would allow me to build a strong career. DKV fit all my ambitions. I have been working for one year at DKV and I have found a company that promotes a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment where everyone is valued and has the opportunity of contributing to the company’s success. On top of that, I grew to enjoy the familiar atmosphere that makes me feel like a part of a big family. Colleagues are always ready to help and to support me to learn new things. What was your most satisfying moment at DKV Mobility?

My most satisfying moment as a Sales Analyst at DKV Mobility was when I created my first Power BI dashboard for the tele-sales team. This dashboard was the culmination of several weeks of work, during which I collaborated with the tele-sales team in order to understand their specific needs and develop a dashboard that would help them improve their performance.

When the dashboard was complete, the reaction was overwhelmingly positive. They were impressed with the design and the insights it provided. They immediately began using it to track their progress and to identify points to be improved. This was a proud moment for me, as it demonstrated the impact that my work as a Sales Analyst could have on the success of the team. This experience reinforced my passion for data analysis and its potential to drive positive change, and it remains one of my most satisfying moments at DKV Mobility.
