How does a digital assistant work?

In case of the DKV LIVE the box is connected to the vehicle and the DKV fuel card number will be assigned to the respective box or the vehicle. By this, transactions can closely tracked and inaccuracies can be avoided.

In every case where the GPS data for the vehicle significantly differs from the GPS location of the fuel station at which the DKV fuel card is used, a warning appears in the portal. If a corresponding alert is activated, the fuel card can be deactivated promptly and automatically based on suspected dubious refuelling.

The limits for the amount of fuel purchase in any one fuel transaction can be administered for each vehicle in the customer portal. For this purpose, you can enter the desired tank volume or the maximum permissible tank volume. If an over-fuelling occurs and the corresponding alarm is activated, there will be a notification and the fuel card is promptly and automatically deactivated.
