Sales Documents and Data Management:

• Prepare contracts, sales partner contract condition entry files, sales offers, reports, and other related documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely management of all sales documentation.
• Enter necessary sales process data into the CRM system.
• Maintain high-quality CRM data to support sales activities and decision-making.

Administrative Support:

• Provide full administrative support to the sales team.
• Participate in result-relevant projects within the sales unit to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Customer Experience:

• Deliver best-in-class customer service to DKV customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Positivity and desire to reach the best results;
• "Can-do“ attitude;
• Wish to grow and develop yourself;
• Responsibility and attention to details;
• Previous experience in data and document management;
• Good communication skills;
• Good MS Excel skills;
• Good Lithuanian and English language skills (German – is a big advantage, but not a requirement).
