The Sales Director DKV Refund is responsible for product, sales and key account management of REMOBIS, ATS and Tax Refund and reports to the MD/CEO of DKV Refund.
In this role you will:
- Develop and drive the product, sales and key account strategy for Refund.
- Ensure sales and key account management targets are met in both volumes and margins
- Be responsible for driving product management and new product development.
- Be involved in and encourage innovation projects and processes related to VAT refund and excise duty.
- Act as sparring partner to the Refund Managing Director in both sales and key account management questions.
- Establish and maintain a close collaboration with sales units within DKV and external partners.
- Represent the company abroad in relation to sales and key account matters.
- Lead a team of Product- ,Sales- and Key Account Managers.
