The Key Account Manager plays a key role in the company business growth, with a focus on Top National and International Customers in Italy, mainly in the Fleet segment (cars and light commercial vehicles).
The main activities will be:
- Responsible for the acquisition of Top National and International Customers in Italy for the Fleet Segment
- Responsible for the management of International Agreements involving Italian branches with matrix carryover to the International Key Account Management Dept.
- Focus on farming the assigned Customer portfolio in Italy for the Fleet Segment
- Up and cross sell DKV products and services among customer portfolio
- Definition of commercial offer, conditions proposal and negotiation with margins projection
- Elaboration of business analysis for the customers, with high-value consultancy approach
- Potential target market analysis
- Internal reporting (with the use of CRM)
- Participation at planned business trade fairs and other events
