What you can expect

Acquiring new customers: Your focus will include outbound calling based on the company data provided by DKV to acquire new customers in the small and medium customer segment as well as direct up- and cross-selling. You perform telesales activities on the assigned customer portfolio in order to increase the turnover on the existing products and to sell additional products/services. In this position you present and sell new products by phone, consistently applying the sales techniques you have learned. You will carry out a comprehensive fleet - analysis of the approached companies and take over the independent control of the effort after initial contact on the basis of the sales potential.

Customer contact: You are responsible for the implementation of customer loyalty measures, the activation of existing customer relationships and the completion of incoming prospect documentation. Your area of responsibility also includes conducting follow-up and welcome calls as well as receiving, forwarding and answering enquiries from interested parties (telephone/mail/chat). The closing-oriented processing of system-generated contacts and the implementation of the required initial contacts without your own preliminary research or pre-selection in the address pool are also part of your duties.

Additional tasks: You will be responsible for lead generation within the DKV product range in accordance with the sales strategy and support the field sales force in scheduling and lead preparation. Furthermore, you will take on sponsorships for the induction of new employees and support the training and coaching of new employees.

What makes you stand out

Experience: You will have had previous telesales experience and know how to deal with business customers in a professional manner.

Knowledge: You have good PC skills, especially in MS Office applications.

Softskills: You have a strong sales mentality and a structured way of working. You are a strong communicator, team player and committed.

Language: Business fluent in Swedish & English (other Nordic languages are an advantage) and a cultivated form of communication complete your profile. 

Location and flexible work organisation: Our office is located in Brøndby, Copenhagen. We offer the option of hybrid working, which requires three days of in-office presence. If you already have experience in our field of business, we can also offer you a 100% remote position if you live in a different region. You are welcome to contact us about this.
