The HR Manager is responsible for the operational management of all HR activities as well as for the local implementation of central initiatives and plays an important role in the local execution of our corporate strategy.
You are the competent and challenging sparring partner of the management team, and have the responsibility for
- HR Operations (Payroll, HR Administration, Labour Law)
- Recruiting & onboarding of new employees
- Facilitating the performance management process including competence dialogues and target setting
- Creating development and training opportunities for our employees
- Managing our compensation structure and the merit increase processes
- Continuous personnel planning on FTE & Costs | Forecasting & Management of the HR budget
- Regular reporting and active steering of relevant HR KPIs
- Management and active usage of our HR IT tools
As part of the international HR Team, you are
- Acting as a local project and change manager in central initiatives
- The interface between head office and national subsidiary
- Actively participate in activities of the international HR Team
- The ambassador of the local entity within Group HR
