We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Microsoft Dynamics Team to lead and grow our Microsoft Dynamics practice.
As the team lead, you will provide strategic direction, technical oversight, and hands-on leadership to ensure delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions that drive efficiency, data visibility, and automation in key business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform professionals (developers, analysts, architects).
- Own the architecture and implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Ensure best practices in system integration, security, performance, and scalability within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Define and drive the Microsoft Dynamics roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the automation landscape.
- Promote a culture of innovation, agile thinking, and continuous improvement across the team.
