What you can expect

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Support team for WinSped® software.
As a Customer Support Level 1 representative, you will be the primary contact for our customers, assisting them with installation, troubleshooting, and addressing any malfunctions they encounter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding WinSped® software via telephone and email.
  • Provide remote assistance to customers for software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Record, document, and report software errors to the development team.
  • Forward complex inquiries to the relevant specialist department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (both spoken and written) – mandatory, English – medium level.
  • Willingness to Travel: Initial 3-month induction period in Germany, with travel required once every six months for one week.
