We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Support team for WinSped® software.
As a Customer Support Level 1 representative, you will be the primary contact for our customers, assisting them with installation, troubleshooting, and addressing any malfunctions they encounter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding WinSped® software via telephone and email.
- Provide remote assistance to customers for software installation and troubleshooting.
- Record, document, and report software errors to the development team.
- Forward complex inquiries to the relevant specialist department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
