We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients in the utilization of our tolling services. This role requires direct client interaction, accurate processing of necessary documentation, and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer and sales support (mostly via email, phone) for tolling services.
- Contact clients in your portfolio to obtain the necessary documents and information for issuing toll devices or paying road tolls.
- Process documents and information received from clients, prepare and send necessary documents or information to suppliers or partners to enable clients to pay road tolls using the devices offered in our services.
- Analyze information, create reports, and submit findings to the supervisor upon request or periodically, as required.
- Resolve issues reported by clients with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
