As a Telephone Sales Specialist, you will be co-responsible for acquiring new customers in the selected segment and increasing sales.

Your duties will include:

• Acquisition of new customers over the phone (warm leads)
• Submitting offers and negotiating terms of cooperation, limits and securities
• Customer service and advice on DKV products and services
• Informing customers about news on the DKV website
• Monitoring payments and exceeding limits
• Building long-term relationships with clients

• Experience in sales and customer service
• Developed communication skills and high customer orientation
• Passion for sales, independence and conscientiousness
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment
• Support for MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of the SAP system is desirable
• Good knowledge of the English language
