The Customer Support Organization has an important role to play as they serve as the primary customer contact for an assigned portfolio of accounts they bring the customers, sales and business operations together.
Responsibilities:
- Answering questions about a company's products or services by E-mail and Telephone
- Support of the Regional Sales Manager in acquiring new customers
- Up-selling and cross-selling of the entire range of DKV services and products
- Informing customers about news on the DKV website
- Processing of new applications, complaints and credit limits
- Monitoring of payments and exceeding limits
- Building long-term relationships with customers
