• Telephone point of contact for customers and field service;
• Answering customer questions/requests via email;
• Recording activities and implementing changes in CRM systems;
• Acting as a link between customer and field service;
• Advising customers on solutions;
• Making courtesy calls to new customers to welcome them and answer any questions about our products and services;
• Supporting sales through upsell

• Availability of at least 32 hours per week (max 40 hours);
• At least a completed MBO education;
• Able to assess situations and translate them into concrete actions within existing processes;
• Communicative skills;
• Stress-resistant;
• Proactive and maintaining an overview: You know how to tackle and complete tasks, but you also know where action needs to be taken or how processes can be improved.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. French and/or German is a plus
