Shape the Future of AI Strategy: Drive alignment between Business Unit roadmaps and the company-wide AI strategy, ensuring initiatives come together seamlessly for maximum impact. 

 
Responsibilities:

• Turn Vision into Reality: Collaborate with business units and technical teams to bring AI-powered products to life—delivering solutions tailored to real operational needs. 
• Own the Roadmap: Define and manage the AI team’s roadmap, backlog, and priorities—keeping everyone on track to achieve key milestones and deliver results. 
• Lead with Impact: Run AI initiative steering committees—setting schedules, crafting impactful content, and keeping stakeholders engaged and aligned on plans, progress, and challenges. Gain exposure across the entire business. 
• Champion AI Solutions: Serve as the go-to expert (SPOC) for key AI initiatives, driving their successful deployment, integration, and smooth operation. 
• Be the AI Expert: Lead onboarding for AI initiatives—empowering teams with the knowledge and tools they need for successful implementation and adoption. 
• Support and Solve: Provide hands-on support to teams—helping them troubleshoot technical issues, overcome challenges, and maximize the value of AI solutions. 
• Manage Key Partnerships: Build strong relationships with technical vendors—ensuring services meet company standards and align with strategic goals. 
• Inspire and Educate: Develop and deliver training programs, sharing best practices and insights to help teams boost their skills and confidently leverage AI technologies.

What makes you stand out

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least ten years of experience in technology-related roles
• At least ten years of experience as a technical project management, product manager, product owner or other similar roles, preferably in an agile working environment
• Strong ability to organize complex projects and multiple activities, been able to translate multiple stakeholder requirements into an overarching program as well as a detailed working level plan, by considering prioritization, availability of resources and dependencies on other teams
• Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders on VP and C-level
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passion and enthusiasm for AI and its potential impact on business and society.
• Strong passion and knowledge in AI technologies, such as Generative AI, natural language processing, computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, etc.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Loop, Miro and others

Nice to have:

• Experience managing Conversational AI and/or AI projects
• Hands on experience with platforms such as Cognigy, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.
