Administrative Activities:
- Managing correspondence (email, mail, courier) and distributing relevant documents to the appropriate departments
- Organizing and archiving administrative documents, both physically and electronically
- Preparing and drafting various reports, presentations, and administrative documents
- Managing office supplies and other necessary resources
Supplier Relations:
- Searching for, selecting, and maintaining relationships with service and product suppliers for the office and wellbeing initiatives
- Requesting and comparing offers for various services and products
- Managing contracts and orders with suppliers
Coordinating Wellbeing Initiatives:
- Identifying and proposing activities and services to improve employee wellbeing
- Collaborating with wellbeing service providers to implement initiatives
- Communicating and promoting these initiatives within the company
