This is already very impressive, but DKV Mobility sees technology as a forefront of its business which means that DKV Mobility is committed to give its customers, suppliers, and employees the “Technology Edge”, which is based on four blocks: Tech Platform, Robotics, Data and Payment Technology.

The Tech platform is the motor behind the B2B transaction platform and consists of all IT applications and systems, integration tools and the cloud infrastructure. It is the basis for all connecting processes. More than 100 processes are already automated by Robotics. Thanks to this DKV Mobility employees have more time to focus on customer-centred work instead of handling data entry. Of course, Data is crucial as it allows to perform analytics and assess risks. It creates value to optimizes products, such as Payment Technology. This refers to technologies such as mobile payment for fueling and recharging as well as advanced telematics solutions.

These four blocks are elementary for the technological future of DKV Mobility and offer great benefit to customers, suppliers and employees. Also, it enables DKV Mobility to always comply with the latest standards.
