After a successful pilot phase, the Italian motorway operators have given their approval for the DKV BOX ITALIA to be used for toll settlement on Italian motorways for trucks and buses > 3.5 t. The DKV toll solution is ready for use and can already be ordered.

Specially marked toll lanes indicate to the driver on which lane the DKV BOX ITALIA can be used. In the near future, the interoperable DKV BOX EUROPE – which is currently going through the pilot phase – is also expected to be approved for Italy, thus covering 11 tolling systems.
