DKV Mobility surpasses 500,000 EV charge point milestone
DKV Mobility, the leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payments and solutions, is rapidly progressing the expansion of its EV charging network and has now surpassed the significant milestone of providing access to over 500,000 EV charge points across Europe. Currently, some 509,000 EV charge points across Europe are available to DKV Mobility customers via the DKV Card +Charge and the DKV Mobility App. Together with its subsidiary GreenFlux, which is responsible for DKV Mobility’s public charging offer, DKV Mobility provides access to one of the largest EV charging networks across Europe.
“By exceeding the 500,000 EV charge point-mark, we have successfully consolidated our position among the top charging service providers in Europe”, says Sven Mehringer, Managing Director Energy & Vehicle Services at DKV Mobility. “Together with our subsidiary GreenFlux, we connected over 100,000 EV charge points so far this year alone. We are proud of this progress and intend to grow our footprint further to make EV charging across Europe as seamless as possible for our customers.”
DKV Mobility subsidiary GreenFlux focuses on cooperations and partnerships to improve EV charging accessibility for customers. As a result, the number of connected EV charge points has increased fivefold since September 2020, when DKV Mobility announced the activation of its 100,000th EV charge point. In addition to the acceptance network of public and semi-public EV charge points, DKV Mobility also offers EV charging solutions for customers to charge their cars at their place of work and at home.
