DKV Mobility, the leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payments and solutions, is awarded again "Top Employer 2023” in Germany from the renowned Top Employers Institute. The award identifies and gives recognition to companies and employers providing outstanding working environment for employees. The award was presented to DKV Mobility for the sixth time in a row. In the last years, the results have been progressively improving. After finishing in the top 20 last year for the first time, this year DKV Mobility was able to even make it to top 15 amongst all award-winning employers that took part in the evaluation process. DKV Mobility's ranking was assessed in comparison to more than 160 other certified German companies.

The first step in the Top Employer certification process is participation in the HR Best Practices Survey: a detailed inventory of HR processes and structures. For this, the company must have established professional HR structures and be able to provide proof points. The next step is review and validation - including an audit by an independent auditing firm. To be certified as a Top Employer, the company must meet an internationally-defined standard.
