DKV Mobility acquires Port One Estonia, State Port Group Lithuania and Port One Polska

The mobility service provider DKV continues its growth strategy. With Port One Estonia, State Port Group in Lithuania and Port One Polska, the Ratingen-based company signs an agreement to acquire three companies that are renowned fuel card specialists and leading suppliers of comprehensive fueling solutions. Thereby, DKV further strengthens its market presence and customer base in the Baltics as well as in Poland.

“We are very honoured to welcome Port One Estonia, State Port Group Lithuania and Port One Polska to the DKV Mobility Group”, says Marco van Kalleveen, CEO of DKV Mobility. “They are highly professional and extremely capable with a very strong tradition that will help us to achieve our ambitious goals. We are looking forward to take the next steps and develop our further growth together.” Teet Järvekülg, one of the founders of Port One Estonia, State Port Group in Lithuania and Port One Polska, adds: “Being part of the DKV Mobility Group provides our existing and future customers access to the best products, services and knowledge on the market. It is also a recognition of the long-term good work of our teams in their home countries.”

Both parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
