The European mobility service provider DKV Mobility receives the "Top Employer 2022" award from the Top Employers Institute. The award identifies and gives recognition to companies and employers providing outstanding environment for employees. The award was presented to DKV Mobility for the fifth time in a row. Since 2018, the results have been progressively improving every year and this year, for the first time, the company made it to top 20 amongst all award-winning employers in Germany. DKV Mobility's evaluation and ranking were assessed in comparison to other companies.

"It is recognition of our successful HR work in recent years and at the same time, it spurs great motivation for us to continuously improve our corporate culture. On the one hand, this makes us more attractive to talents we want to attract to our company; on the other hand, the award signifies an important yardstick for us in our daily HR work."
The first step in the certification process is participation in the HR Best Practices Survey: a detailed inventory of HR processes and structures. For this, the company must have established professional HR structures and be able to provide proof points. The next step is review and validation - including by an independent auditing firm. To be certified as a Top Employer, the company must meet an internationally-defined standard.
