eMobility: DKV Mobility expands charging network in Ireland through partnership with EasyGo

New partnership: DKV Mobility and EasyGo

DKV Mobility, a leading platform for international mobility services, has partnered with EasyGo, one of Ireland's largest charge point operators, to expand its electric vehicle charging network. Through this partnership, DKV Mobility customers now have access to over 1,150 additional EV charge point locations in Ireland. Nearly one-third of these are DC high-power chargers, enabling faster and more efficient charging experiences. EasyGo’s network spans a wide variety of locations - from national landmarks and prestigious venues to local businesses - providing convenient and reliable charging wherever drivers need it. EasyGo has also expanded charging infrastructure across rural Ireland, helping to reduce range anxiety and enabling more EV drivers to travel the country with greater confidence. All newly integrated charge points can be conveniently accessed using the DKV Card +Charge or the DKV Mobility app.

"Integrating EasyGo's stations into our network greatly enhances our footprint in Ireland, enabling us to better assist our customers in transitioning to more sustainable mobility," says Sven Mehringer, Managing Director of Energy & Vehicle Services at DKV Mobility. "I am very pleased that we can now offer our customers near-complete charging coverage in Ireland."

“At EasyGo, we are committed to building Ireland’s most accessible and reliable EV charging network - not only by installing more chargers but by forging key strategic partnerships like this one with DKV Mobility. Collaborations like this are essential to ensuring that EV drivers have seamless, dependable access to charging infrastructure wherever they travel, supporting the transition to a cleaner, greener future,” adds Ollie Chatten, CEO at EasyGo.

EasyGo's charging stations are integrated into DKV Mobility's acceptance network with the help of software from GreenFlux, a subsidiary of DKV Mobility. The Amsterdam-based EV charging software provider enables DKV Mobility customers to charge their electric vehicles and has recently signed an agreement with EasyGo. In Ireland, the DKV Card +Charge cards are available through Easytrip, a local subsidiary of DKV Mobility.

With access to approximately 938,000 charge points, DKV Mobility offers one of the most extensive EV charging networks in Europe. In addition, DKV Mobility offers EV charging solutions for the customer's company location (@work), as well as for the company car driver at home (@home).
