DKV offers pan-European ferry portal

DKV ferry portal.

With the new DKV Ferry Portal, mobility service provider DKV is now offering its customers the opportunity to compare, book online and make cashless payments for over 1,000 ferry connections throughout Europe. It includes the offers of almost all European ferry companies. Thus, DKV customers can reliably find the best connection at the best price and at the convenience of a portal.

The portal is available in twelve languages. A multilingual team of experts supports the user - for example with questions about special loads. In addition, changes and cancellations can be made free of charge. "With the DKV Ferry Portal, we are delivering standards to our customers similar to best practices in other industries such as flight booking and hotel booking," says Jérôme Lejeune, Managing Director Toll at DKV Mobility. "With the DKV Ferry Portal, our customers reduce their administrative effort and save time and money". Access to the DKV Ferry Portal is via the electronic customer account DKV COCKPIT.
