DKV Mobility is awarded one of Germany's most customer-oriented service providers

The winners of the "TOP SERVICE DEUTSCHLAND 2021" competition have been announced. One of Europe's leading mobility service provider, DKV Mobility, maintains its fourth place from the previous year - from among 100 cross-industry B2B companies across Germany which submitted their applications. An independent jury of business and academic experts gave DKV Mobility a high rating for its distinguished customer service and consistent high service quality. "Top Service Germany" is organized by ServiceRating in cooperation with Handelsblatt.

One of the many ways to assess the customer service level of the participating companies is through a survey conducted on randomly selected customers. To maintain this high level, DKV Mobility ensures that a dedicated customer support is assigned to every of its customer and continues to involve its customers in the development of new products.
