We're seeking a skilled Testing Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Craft, refine, and verify software requirements, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
• Translate functional specs into robust test cases, guaranteeing alignment with regulated protocols.
• Execute, document, and analyze test outcomes meticulously to evaluate product quality.
• Identify, document, and resolve defects via automated and exploratory testing in collaboration with developers.
• Lead testing activities, including functional, system, and regression testing prioritization and coordination.
• Develop cutting-edge automated tests and strategies while managing and curating test data.
• Ensure all validation and customer deliverables meet rigorous regulatory guidelines.
• Offer expertise in QA best practices and tooling, delivering valuable recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium; Ranorex expertise is a bonus.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in automating MS Dynamics products (CRM, Power Platform).
• Proficiency in C#, Java, SQL, Perl, and Ruby.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in computer science or a related field).
• Proven background in crafting formal verification and validation tests.
• Prior experience in leading full testing life-cycles with a strategic approach.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and hands-on experience in Agile environments.
• Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD using QA stages.
