  • Employer Branding Guru: Drive DKV's employer branding strategy, positioning us as the employer of choice. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, job boards, social media, and networking events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing ongoing support and guidance on talent-related matters.
  • Process Optimization: Proactively manage and optimize the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Regularly evaluate and enhance recruitment tools and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.
