Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Mastery: Lead comprehensive recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements, conduct market research, source, screen, interview, and select top candidates across various roles.
• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract, engage, and retain a diverse pool of high-caliber candidates. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align business objectives with recruitment efforts.
• Employer Branding Guru: Drive DKV's employer branding strategy, positioning us as the employer of choice. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, job boards, social media, and networking events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing ongoing support and guidance on talent-related matters.
• Process Optimization: Proactively manage and optimize the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Regularly evaluate and enhance recruitment tools and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in talent acquisition and employer branding, with a preference for experience in multinational companies.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English.
• Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technology Proficiency: Experience in using recruitment software and social media for employer branding.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box in attracting top talent.
