What you can expect

DKV is growing the shared service center team in Romania and within this context, we are looking for Settlement & Billing Analysts for the Settlement & Billing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative activities related to monitoring and error handling of electronic transactions,
  • Verification and processing of incoming supplier invoices including the pursuance of divergences in the cost of sales checking procedure (WEDP)
  • Identification, analysis and communication on billing problems with internal teams and DKV suppliers
  • Responsibility for data management, focusing on pricing data

What makes you stand out

Profile:

  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable field of activity with a focus on complex invoice verifications
  • Secure user knowledge with SAP, scanning and verification programs and common MS Office application
  • Analytical and meticulous working style also in mass data processing; Good comprehension of numbers
  • Ability to work in a team and to cooperate
  • Communication and argumentation skills
  • Understanding of complex processes
  • Ability to complete complex or special tasks (sometimes with external consultants);
  • Expertise in MS Office – Excel functions: formulas, vlookup, pivots, macros (nice to have);
  • Analytical, open minded and pro-active attitude; hands-on mentality;
  • Proactively improve existing processes and create new ways of working – independently;
  • Excellent logical skills, problem solving abilities and detail orientation;
  • Well organized and structured, able to prioritize and deal with multitasking.
  • Prior experience in Shared Service Centers preferred
  • Good knowledge of English (mandatory)
