What you can expect

The Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the company business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of the current assigned portfolio with a multi-service approach in a specific area of Lombardy.

The main activities will be: 

  • Hunting of new customers, within the segment of medium and large customers
  • Developing the customer portfolio in the assigned geographical area ( Lombardia/Italy ) actively contributing to the company growth
  • Supporting the current customers with a consultancy approach, also through customized data analysis 
  • Up and cross selling activity of DKV products and services 
  • Participate at business trade fairs and other events
  • Presence on field on a daily basis

What makes you stand out

  • Previous experience, at least 5 years, in Sales on field in a structured company, preferabily in customers acquisition process
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Good knowledge of English ( at least B2 )
  • Proficient in the use of CRM and Excel
