The International Back Office Team is expanding!

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling requests received through different sales channels and processing them
• Verifying specific documentation for each request (e.g. identity documents, order forms, commercial registry extracts, bank statements, commercial offers, order slips)
• Verifying and applying credit rules
• Entering data into the systems used and configuring products according to the customer's request and internal procedures
• Processing tasks within the agreed SLA
• Correct and qualitative processing of content in specific systems

• Secondary education, university studies are an advantage
• Experience with SAP and CRM is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Advanced level of English
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Good data analysis capability
