What you can expect

  • Handle telephone calls and gather information to manage customer relations,
  • Develop customer loyalty through personalised advice and services,
  • Handle administrative tasks, emails and complaints within the allotted time (48 hours),
  • Provide training over the telephone to make customers self-sufficient,
  • Manage financial risk (collection / guarantee requests / collective procedures / monitoring compliance with outstanding loans),
  • Drafting appropriate correspondence.
