Åsa Lautenberg is taking on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at DKV Mobility, a leading platform for international mobility services, effective July 1. As CHRO, Lautenberg will be responsible for the strategy and processes within the People and Sustainability functions. She succeeds Jana Eggerding-Tenhagen, who left the company at her own request at the end of June.
"We are very pleased to welcome Åsa to our team. With her extensive experience and strong background in HR development, she will be a valuable addition to DKV Mobility," says Sebastian Klauke, CEO of DKV Mobility.
Åsa Lautenberg, CHRO of DKV Mobility, adds: "DKV Mobility has a unique corporate culture and combines the best of different worlds: the strengths and DNA of a family business with more than 90 years of success, and the team spirit and entrepreneurial mindset of a fast-growing European market leader. I am very much looking forward to contributing to our next chapter and further growth with my strong Human Resources and Sustainability teams.”
Lautenberg was most recently Chief People Officer and member of the Executive Board of the Wittur Group and has held senior management positions at Viessmann Climate Solutions SE, SAMSON AG and the Lufthansa Group, among others. The native Swede has more than 20 years of experience in up-skilling competencies, inspiring high employee engagement, purposeful leadership development, and managing HR organizations.
