How secure is a fuel card?
At DKV Mobility, each fuel card has a PIN code that you can set individually. In case of loss or misuse, you can immediately block the card online or via our hotline. You can also set individual limits for each card.
Who is responsible in case of card theft?
Once we receive your theft report, you are released from liability according to our terms and conditions. We will immediately block your card. Additionally, the card cannot be used without knowing the PIN.
