DKV Mobility whistleblowing system
Compliance with laws, internal policies and ethical standards is essential for DKV Mobility. If you become aware of potential misconduct or violations, we encourage you to speak up.
The DKV MOBILITY Group whistleblowing system allows you to report concerns securely, confidentially and anonymously, if you wish. Submitting a report helps us identify and address issues at an early stage and protect our employees, business partners and the company.
You can use the whistleblowing system to report, for example:
- violations of laws or regulations
- breaches of internal policies or the Code of Conduct
- fraud, corruption or conflicts of interest
- discrimination, harassment or human rights violations
- data protection or privacy violations
How to submit a report
- Open the DKV Mobility whistleblowing system via the following link: Whistleblowing System
- Select the "Report" button and describe your concern.
- For anonymous reports: Set up a secure mailbox and choose a personal password. You will receive a unique case ID. Using this case ID and the password, you can access your secure mailbox at any time to receive messages or provide additional information. Your identity and all communication remain protected and anonymous throughout the process.
