DKV Mobility appoints Carlos Soares as Chief Data & AI Officer

DKV Mobility, a leading platform for international mobility services, has appointed Carlos Soares as Chief Data & AI Officer (CDAO), effective July 13, 2026. The newly created position brings together responsibility for data, analytics, and the company-wide use of artificial intelligence. Carlos Soares reports to Chief Technology & Operating Officer Jesper Erichsen. He will further strengthen the company's data-driven offerings to help customers create more value.

Carlos Soares brings extensive experience in building data and AI organizations at internationally operating companies. From 2021 to early 2026, as Chief Data & AI Officer at Brenntag SE, he established the company's global data, analytics, and AI function. Most recently, he served as founder and Managing Director of the consultancy Northaxis Partners and as an Advisory Council Member at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), advising companies on the development and implementation of their data and AI strategies.
