Top Employer certification: DKV Mobility among Germany’s ten best employers

DKV Mobility has once again been awarded the prestigious “Top Employer” seal by the renowned Top Employers Institute – marking the eighth consecutive year of certification. This year, DKV Mobility improved on its strong previous ranking (13th place) and now holds position 9 among all certified companies in Germany. In addition to its top ranking in Germany, the company’s subsidiary in Romania was also certified as a Top Employer.

In 2025, the Top Employers Institute certified nearly 2,500 Top Employers across 131 countries and regions, reaching more than 14 million employees worldwide.
