DKV Mobility, the leading B2B platform for on-the-road payments and solutions, is further strengthening its presence in Romania. From now on, customers can use their DKV Card across the entire OMV Petrom service station network in the country for refuelling and additional services. This expansion is based on a new agreement with OMV Petrom, Southeast Europe’s largest integrated energy producer. Through this partnership, DKV Mobility adds more than 460 additional OMV Petrom stations to its network, achieving full acceptance at all 559 locations nationwide. These stations are strategically positioned along major motorways as well as in urban and rural areas, offering conventional and alternative fuels alongside services such as car washes.

“We are delighted to deepen our partnership with OMV Petrom in Romania. Full access to all OMV Petrom stations across the country means greater security of supply and convenience for our customers,” says Sven Mehringer, Managing Director at DKV Mobility responsible for Energy & Vehicle Services.

“OMV is pleased to strengthen its collaboration with DKV Mobility by extending card acceptance across the entire OMV and Petrom network,” said Dusan Varga, Card Business Development Manager at OMV. “This expansion, supported by our strong local production capabilities and extensive station network, underscores OMV’s commitment to reliability and convenience, and strategic support for fleets and individual drivers throughout Romania. We invite drivers and fleet partners to take advantage of this broader coverage and experience the quality and convenience that OMV Petrom brings to every journey.”

The extended partnership forms part of DKV Mobility’s ongoing growth strategy. The company operates Europe’s largest independent acceptance network, comprising around 73,000 conventional fuel stations, over one million EV charging points, and 25,000 stations for alternative fuels across more than 50 countries.
