DKV Mobility, the leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payments and solutions, has successfully completed the majority share acquisition of Andamur's fuel card business Road Solution PRO, S.L. Andamur is a leading supplier of on-the-road services in Spain, owned by the Lopez Family.

DKV Mobility had signed a corresponding agreement with the Lopez family for the majority share acquisition of Road Solution PRO, S.L. back in June 2023. After gaining regulatory approval and meeting further conditions, the acquisition has now been completed.

The strategic partnership is set to further strengthen DKV Mobility’s market presence and customer base in Spain. Additionally, it will enhance Road Solution PRO, S.L.’s growth strategy, as well as the development and expansion of Andamur’s Service Area business line.
