Throughout the year, we create visibility for diversity in all its facets with campaigns and events.

Our commitment to diversity is a matter dear to our heart, which is reflected not only in our target values, but also in our activities to celebrate diversity in all its facets in the course of the year.

In the first quarter, we will be celebrating International Women's Day, raising awareness of gender diversity and giving more visibility to our

female talents through various presentations, workshops or other formats.

We also declare one month of the year as Diversity Month and use this time to highlight the various facets of this idea. In addition to gender, we also offer sessions also focus on the diversity of age, physical & mental health, and nationality. Another focus is raising awareness for the LGBTIQ+ community through various formats and cultivating a mindful approach with regard to all dimensions of diversity.

At the end of the year, we participate in Movember as a company and offer great activities around International Men's Day for our employees.
