You can look forward to this:
- 2.5-year vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration in accordance with the training regulations with insights into all areas relevant to training
- Acquisition of practice-oriented theoretical knowledge at the vocational school
- 3.5-years of studies at the FOM, earning the title of Bachelor of Science in evening studies and on Saturdays.
- Installation and configuration of networked information and telecommunication systems
- Commissioning of information and telecommunication- technology systems
- Administration of information and telecommunication- technology systems
- Server (Onon- Ppremises solutions, cCloud technologies) and network administration (Cisco systems)
- Management and administration of server systems
- Application of current technologies (e.g. cloud systems, contact center, SDWAN, Meraki Wireless)
- Implementation of customer projects
- Processing of customer inquiries and malfunction cases
- Troubleshooting through the use of expert and diagnostic systems
- Project planning, implementation and control
- General university- entrance qualification or technical college- entrance qualification
- Good grades in mathematics, German and English
- Strong enthusiasm for IT
- Confident ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing
- Good command of English
- High willingness to learn and work hard, reliability and flexibility
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sociability and ability to work in a team
We offer you two options for your dual-studies program
You can start your career with us either with simultaneous, practice-oriented evening studies (2-3 times a week, some on Saturdays) or without integrated vocational IHK training in day studies (2 days/week) within seven semesters at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (FOM) in Düsseldorf with the acquisition of the internationally recognized Bachelor’s degree.
