You can look forward to this
- 2.5-year vocational training as an IT specialist for application development in accordance with the training regulations with insight into all fields that are relevant to the training
- Acquisition of practice-oriented theoretical knowledge at the vocational school
- 3.5-years of studies at the FOM earning the title of Bachelor of Science in the evenings and on Saturdays.
- Design and implementation of complex information and telecommunications- technology systems by integrating hardware and software components
- Installation and configuration of networked information and telecommunication- technology systems
- Commissioning of information and telecommunication- technology systems
- Project planning, implementation and control
- Troubleshooting through the use of expert and diagnostic systems
- Administration of information and telecommunication- technology systems
- General university- entrance qualification or technical college -entrance qualification
- Good grades in mathematics, German and English
- Strong enthusiasm for IT
- Confident verbal and written expression
- Good command of English
- High willingness to learn and work hard, reliability and flexibility
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sociability and ability to work in a team
We offer you two options for your dual-studies program
You can start your career with us either with simultaneous, practice-oriented evening studies (2-3 times a week, some on Saturdays) or without integrated vocational IHK training in day studies (2 days/week) within seven semesters at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (FOM) in Düsseldorf earning an internationally recognized Bachelor’s degree.
