- 2.5 years of training as an office management assistant in accordance with the training regulations with insights into all areas relevant to training
- Acquisition of practice-oriented theoretical knowledge at the vocational school
- 3.5-year course of studies at the FOM earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in the evenings and on Saturdays.
You can also complete this vocational training without studying:
- 3-year training as an office management assistant in accordance with training regulations, with insights into all areas relevant to training
- Acquisition of practice-oriented theoretical knowledge at the vocational school (weekly classes)
- Familiarization with many different areas of the company (e.g. Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Information Management)
- Dovetailing theory and practice through insights into project teams and your own small projects during training
- Coordination and organizational concepts
- Communication and cooperation with external and internal employees and partners
- Planning, preparing and carrying out work tasks
- Customer service and marketing
- Organizational management
- General university entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification
- Good grades in German, mathematics and English
- Interest in business contexts
- Confident ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing
- Good command of English
- A high level of willingness to learn and perform, as well as the initiative to take on this time-consuming, combined training program
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
We offer you two options for your dual dual-studies program
You can start your career with us either with simultaneous, practice-oriented evening studies (2-3 times a week, some on Saturdays) or without integrated vocational IHK training in day studies (2 days/week) within seven semesters at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (FOM) in Düsseldorf with the acquisition of the internationally recognized Bachelor’s degree.
