The development of our trainees and students is dear to our heart. For this reason, an Trainee Camp is held every year. In August 2022, it was that time again! For two whole days, we worked intensively on a wide variety of topics at the Akademie Wicke.

In a relaxed atmosphere, we were able to work on both technical topics and the team spirit. Since the weather cooperated, a large part of the activities could take place outdoors. A special highlight was the joint barbecue evening.
