Mileage tracking with the DKV Mobility app - questions and answers
- The DKV Mobility app has to be installed
- The driver has to be logged in with a username and password
- The driver needs to have a DKV Card +Charge assigned
- Push notifications for e-mobility transactions must be enabled.
The driver can enter the mileage before or during the current charging session.
The mileage entry is optional. The driver can choose to skip this step.
At the moment, the mileage entry is working for @road transactions.
The mileage entry is available for DKV Card +Charge and app initiated charging sessions.
The mileage will be displayed in the transaction history of the DKV Mobility app.
It might take a few minutes until the transaction is displayed in the transaction history.
Mileage entry for a completed session is not yet supported.
Mileage entry is not yet supported for Tesla stations.
