I choose DKV Mobility because the work environment is extremely positive, inclusive and collaborative. The project I have been working on is a never-ending discovery, so it is absolutely challenging and innovative; I have been lucky enough to start managing the project itself from zero, and looking back on all the good things that have happened keeps me in a positive mood. What has been the most fulfilling moment in DKV?

It is really very complicated to choose just one moment of satisfaction, fortunately I can say that I have taken several satisfactions in the last three years. The greatest satisfaction, however, comes from the appreciation of my work by colleagues. Their positive feedback helps me identify my strengths and provides me with insights for further improvement. When my efforts and contributions are recognized and appreciated by my colleagues, I feel a strong sense of accomplishment and fulfillment.
