Why do you choose DKV on a daily basis?

Various aspects make this experience enjoyable, but among all the choices there is one in particular: the relationship between colleagues that makes even the highest stress load lighter! Having the luck to work in a relaxed environment where there is always a smile and cooperation is well received is not as usual as one might think. It is something that makes the difference between work and employment where work means something that involves effort, while employment emphasizes the commitment we all put into DKV.

What has been the most fulfilling moment in DKV?

Definitely the moment that made me realize how well regarded I am in here; knowing that I have some relevance in the eyes of my colleagues, knowing that I am seen as a reference point, that I am valued by many has definitely eased some less enlightened moments when my confidence has wavered.
