For the seventh time in a row, we were recognized as a Top Employer Germany in 2024 - and, as in 2023, we are one of the top 15 employers in Germany.

In addition, our Romanian colleagues also received the Top Employer award for the second time.

The Top Employer Institute is the global authority for the certification of outstanding employee conditions. The process consists of an audit with numerous supporting documents and a final interview by the Top Employer Institute.
