All of our employees – regardless of gender and sexual orientation – can apply for part-time work or for support in situations where they face personal challenges. We actively create conditions that enable our employees to optimally balance work and family life. In our Gender Diversity and Equality Action Plan, we pledged to maintain a 50% share of women in the total workforce by 2025 and to increase the share of women in management positions to 35%. We support talented women in their career development and also take an equal approach to remuneration.
