Why do you choose DKV Mobility every day?

I decided to join DKV Mobility Scandinavia at the end of 2021, and I have not seen any boring day since I started. By DKV Mobility standards, we are a very small team but because of that I am sure that we are also the team that sticks together best. Everyone has the option of speaking out during our meetings and I feel that our leader listens to us. In our team, everyone is equally important and we depend of each other.

One of the main reasons for me to join DKV Mobility was the challenge of developing the Norwegian market. Since I am the only employee in Norway, I may have different duties than other salesmen. It can be everything from customer meetings, to the translation of texts or webpages, supplier meetings, and customer-service work.

But in the end, it is all about driving on market growth. We have ambitious goals, and we have to pave the road as we move towards them. And just like the road, you never know what is around the next bend. This is what makes me love this work.

It would be an impossible if I did not have my fantastic colleagues in the Scandinavian team – but also everyone else at DKV Mobility. I feel that no matter what you need help with, the help is just around the corner. And this is the same mentality we show our customers, according to the motto: You drive. – We care.

What was your most satisfying moment at DKV Mobility?

That is a difficult question. I feel there are so many good moments all the time. But as a salesman, nothing beats the feeling of winning a new customer. For me, it is not so important whether it is a big or a small one. All customers deserve a good follow-up and treatment from us. And a happy customer can sometimes be the best sales rep for us on the market when talking to other customers.

How would you define DKV Mobility in three words?

“Interesting, challenging, rewarding.”
