At DKV Mobility Italy, we introduced a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to have a more efficient and effective management of customer interaction. After quite some hard work done by project managers, technicians and the team of customer service, meetings, releases, quality check, bugs, adjustments and, after months and months of intense work, the Day 1, the go-live came at last. The whole work done is funneled in the first customer interactions and ... Yes, it works!! Great team work to celebrate!
